In this session we will focus on employing different scaffolding strategies to access information and stimulate learners’ production. Next, we’ll discuss how to incorporate procedures which support students’ long-term effective learning. Success is guaranteed!
Ian Johnston is an archaeologist and historian originally from Ireland who has been teaching History, Geography at secondary level in Spain since 2011. As the I.T. Coordinator at his school, Ian has a special interest in how technology can motivate students and form part of active teaching/learning methodologies, to the acquisition of digital competences, video creation and edition and the use of innovative evaluation techniques in and out of the classroom.
