Ainhoa Otxoa is the Educational Consultant for Secondary, Bachillerato and Adults at Macmillan Education with more than 20 years experience in the ELT and publishing world. Her role consists of developing Sales Enablement initiatives and content including product training and methodological support to the sales force. She also has experience as a teacher, ELT Sales Representative and editorial researcher Macmillan. This background provides her with an invaluable knowledge of Macmillan materials and teacher needs.

Susana Martin is a Digital Portfolio Manager at Macmillan Education with more than 12 years experience designing and developing digital products for education. A tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding on how technology can support teachers and help students to achieve their goals. She is very interested in Design Thinking methodologies, and in her role in Macmillan Education, she also acts as a mediator between the consumers and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those.
