We offer British English reading schemes to meet every need, and we know it can be difficult to decide which one is right for you. So to make it easy, we have a dedicated young learner readers website just to cover all of our titles for our younger reading audience.
New: the Using Graded Readers in the Young Learner Classroom booklet, with levelling information, classroom activities and tips on how to encourage students to enjoy reading.
MACMILLAN CHILDREN’S READERS
A variety of fiction and non-fiction titles in six levels for children aged from 6 to 12 years old. Macmillan Children’s Readers reinforce the basic structures and vocabulary found in most primary courses, and make learning English a fun and informative experience.

An eight-level reading scheme, complemented by a four-level phonics scheme.

MACMILLAN CULTURAL READERS
What are the Macmillan Cultural readers?
They are a non-fiction strand of the popular Graded Readers series, focusing on countries and culture. Each Reader covers chapters on history, traditions, daily life, cities, nature and sport. Illustrated with full-colour photography throughout, they also include extra grammar and vocabulary exercises, a glossary and Points for Understanding comprehension questions to support the student.
