Susana has over 10 years’ experience designing and developing digital products for education. A tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding on how technology can support teachers and help students to achieve their goals. She is very interested in Design Thinking methodologies, and in her role in Macmillan Education, she also acts as a mediator between the consumers and the technical teams.

Ainhoa Otxoa
Educational Consultant 

Ainhoa has over 20 years’ experience in the ELT and publishing world. At Macmillan Education she carries out Sales Enablement initiatives and creates content including product training and methodological support to the sales force. She also has experience as a teacher, ELT Sales Representative and editorial researcher, providing her with an invaluable knowledge of educational trends, methodology and an insight into teachers’ needs.
